The Helen O' Grady Academy is extremely proud of its teachers. Our award-winning curriculum is excellent, so we ensure that we have equally brilliant teachers to implement our programme.
Our selection process for teachers is extremely stringent. We are meticulous when it comes to background screening – including police conduct reports and references from previous employers, as well as qualifications.
All our teachers follow a rigid training programme before final accreditation by the Academy. Because our teaching techniques are constantly developing, training is an on-going process and seminars are held before each term begins to ensure that we are all at the top of our game.
Our teachers are supervised throughout the scholastic year.

Rachel is a freelance dancer and educator whose interest lies in linking the psychological with the physical.
She has graduated from the University of Malta with a B.A. in Psychology (2006-2009) and a B.A. in Dance Studies (2012-2015). Rachel became a certified DanceAbility teacher in 2012 (Impulstanz, Vienna) which is an inclusive improvisational dance practice.
Rachel enjoys sharing movement and performance skills as a means of expression to people of all ages and abilities. She is excited to share the Helen O’Grady experience with her students and witness the children growing.
