By submitting this form you confirm that all information provided by you is correct.

Should the required numbers not be reached, ages may be mixed to form a composite class, which is essential to reach the high energy level of the lesson.

The Academy reserves the right to cancel any class; should the required numbers not be reached, the full deposit will be refunded.

Places are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

By signing this form, you also give Helen O'Grady teachers and assistants permission to help your child use the toilet facilities, if necessary.

Our Fee Policy

Fees are paid each term, and are due by the first lesson of each term.

Once a student has enrolled, parents/guardians are liable for a full term's fees.

Should a special instalment arrangement be made for the payment of fees, first instalment is to be paid by week 4 of term. Fees must be settled in full before the end of that term.

Should a cheque be returned by the bank, any bank penalty charges will be added to the parents'/guardian's account.

Payments shall not be refundable expect under very exceptional circumstances (emigratin, illness, etc) and this will be at the sole discretion of the Academy. 

Our Notice Policy – term classes only

Should parents/guardians decide to terminate lessons during the year, we require parents/guardians to inform the Principal any time before or by the end of the student's final term at the academy.

Photographs and Film

From time to time we take photos/video of the students in classes and it is used for our own publicity in print and social media.

The Fun Factory

Places are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

All fees for the Fun Factory should be settled in full with the application prior to the start.

Helen O' Grady Summer

All students and staff will have their temperature checked daily before entering the premises. Anyone with a temperature over 37.2 shall not be permitted inside.

Hand sanitisers must be used upon entry and exit of the premises by all.

Water will not be available from the academy, students should bring their own in a clearly marked bottle.

Social distancing rules will be followed strictly.

Parents will not be allowed to enter the premises and must wait outside the gate.

Should there be any changes issued by the government of Malta, the Academy shall adhere to those strictly and it overrides existing protocols in place.
